Vacuum service Ltd. is certified service center of Pfeiffer Vacuum and also the representatives of the companies VAT Vakuumventile AG, SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH, Scia Systems and HSR AG for the Czech and Slovak republics. We are service provider of Fives filling & sealing. The company has been in business for more than 30 years in the field of vacuum technology, vacuum depositions, and helium leak detection systems. Our company focuses on the sale of vacuum componets, providing service of rotary, turbomolecular and dry pumps, modernisation of vacuum equipments and leak detection system LDS. We are specialized in production of customized vacuum systems - UHV vacuum furnaces, vacuum cleaning stations with RGA or sputtering and evaporation systems.
