We offer high quality cryopumps from company HSR
Cryopumps are gas-binding systems that create a hydrocarbon-free vacuum in the range of 10-2 mbar to 10-11 mbar. They are designed to pump the entire spectrum of gases. In addition to the standard solution, we offer various series and configurations that are optimized for specific processes.
HSR AG cryopumps are known for their excellent performance and reliability in operation. Long operating times between required regenerations and short regeneration times ensure smooth operation at an economical cost.
Cryopumps are available in sizes DN 250 to DN 1250 as standard.
The optimized design of the internal components and a powerful cooling system allow operation under challenging conditions, i.e., high gas loads and/or high thermal radiation exposure up to 350 °C. Additionally, this combination enables long operating times without interruptions and minimizes regeneration time.
The housings, manufactured from stainless steel, for sizes DN 250 to DN 630 are welded as a single component. Larger housings are in two part and are assembled by flanging.
Depending on the application, optimized series offer above-average pumping capacity or pumping performance relative to the respective flange size. This allows for a reduction in the number of pumps required and thus cost savings.
HSR pumps are used in a variety of application areas, including:
- PVD thin-film coating systems (sputter and metal evaporation processes)
- Vacuum chambers for space simulation
- Test reactors for nuclear fusion
- Particle accelerators in basic research
- Particle accelerators for the production of isotopes for nuclear medicine
