Refurbished systems

We provide complete reconditioning and maintenance of evaporation and sputtering equipment of the former company Balzers (BAK,LLS) and Perkin Elmer and other). On these devices we are able to check, clean and eventually repair the chamber parts, complete reconditioning of the pumping system, including vacuum valves, reconditioning of cooling circuits and modernization respectively replacement of the PVD components. As part of the modernization we provide a complete modernization of the electrical installation including the control electronics and software.
