In most cases, we need to know the pressure values in its critical parts for proper operation, control and safety of the vacuum system.

Important criteria for selecting the appropriate gauge are:

• Measurement accuracy and repeatability
• Chemical composition of the measured medium (aggressive / corrosive / inert gases)
• Desired output signal (analog / digital)
• Influence of the environment, especially the environment with ionizing radiation

We are providing calibration of gauges Pfeiffer Vacuum, Inficon, Edwards, Leybold, MKS Baratron comparing to certified etalon gauge. Calibration is performed according to methods recommended by Czech metrology institute.
