Helium Leak Detectors

Helium Leak Detectors are ideal tools for leak detections of vacuum devices. As helium is used as the tracer gas it's possible to detect leaks in the range of 10E-2 to 10E-13 Pa.m3 with perfect accuracy and repeatability. The great advantage of this method is a very high level of safety as helium is inert, non-toxic, non-flammable.

We offer helium detectors from Pfeiffer Vacuum, known for their high level of sensitivity, reliability and a very easy service. You can chose from compact, portable types (e.g. ASM 306s, ASM 310) to very efficient units (ASM 340) for demanding applications or fully modular ASI 35. 

We are servicing also older models like Pfeiffer HLT 550/560/570, Alcatel Adixen ASM 142, Balzers HLT 160 etc.
